If the item is under NDG, every pack we send is hand-sorted. If it says “10 cards, no duplicates,” that’s exactly what you get. Every card is pack-fresh or close to it — no weird bends, no creased exes, no junk sleeves. If human error occurs, we will always make up for it.

Every product is sorted by language (EN, JP, KR) and by set — so if you’re collecting SV2A, or want 30 bulk cards from Paldea Evolved in English, that’s what you’ll find.

No random energy cards. No trainer card stuffing. No filler.

Our 'No Duplicate Guarantee' or 'NDG'

If a pack says No Duplicates, we mean it.

Every NDG-labelled product is hand-packed to ensure you won’t receive the same card twice. Whether it’s a 10x holo bundle, 30x base pack, or a set-specific reverse pack — we sort every card manually, and double-check before it’s sealed.

We take this seriously. But we’re human. So if a duplicate does slip through, here’s how we handle it with the 6 targets below:

1. 🛠️ We’ll fix it. Always.
2. Just message us and we’ll sort it with a replacement, refund, or credit — whatever works best for you.
3. 🎁 You probably already got something extra.
4. In most cases, if we’re down to 29 cards from a box and our default is 30, we’ll pad your pack with a holo or reverse — even if it’s meant to be a base-only pack.
5. 🤝 Sometimes you win. Sometimes you win harder.
6. We don’t just replace. We upgrade. If something slips through, there’s a good chance your pack included an extra card or better rarity to begin with.

So yeah — we stand by NDG. It’s what sets Foilo apart, and it’s how we treat collectors the way we’d want to be treated.
